Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy & Exchange Options

As we strictly provide digital B2B IT infrastructure and custom software services, we do not ship physical products. Therefore, we do not offer any return instructions, return eligibility criteria, or exchange options. All services are digital and cannot be returned once delivered.

2. Cancellation Procedures & Timeframes

Clients may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of initiating a retainer or project, provided that active development has not yet commenced. There are no cancellation fees if the request is made within this timeframe and work has not started.

3. Refund Eligibility & Process

Refunds are applicable only if the agreed-upon digital service has not been initiated. Once development begins or digital assets and codebases are shared, payments are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable due to the custom nature of our work.

4. Refund Processing Time & Communication

In the event of an approved cancellation, the refund process will be initiated immediately. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days and credited back to the original mode of payment.
